AMI Foundation partnered with BISAP on the project "Coordinated Effort to Address the COVID-19 Pandemic and Future Public Health Emergencies in Urban Slums of Chattogram Coastal Region" from July 2020 to January 2021. Targeting Rohingya refugees and host communities, the project aimed to enhance pandemic preparedness and reduce outbreak risks. BISAP delivered nutritional support to 40 pregnant women and children, distributed hygiene items and medicines to 1,200 people, and installed hand washing facilities. Risk communication campaigns reached thousands through 10,000 IEC materials, empowering communities to curb transmission. BISAP’s efficiency, dedication, and impactful approach make them an exemplary partner for any initiative.
