In a remarkable achievement towards empowering young women in rural areas, BISAP successfully distributed ICT Computer Course Completion Certificates to 100 trainees who have completed their training in digital literacy and computer skills. The certificate distribution ceremony took place with much enthusiasm, celebrating the hard work and dedication of the trainees, who are now better equipped to face the challenges of the digital world.

A Milestone for Empowering Women
The ceremony was a significant step toward breaking down barriers and fostering empowerment for young women in neglected rural areas of the Upzila. These women have faced numerous challenges, but through the ICT training, they are now better positioned to seize educational and employment opportunities. The successful completion of the course instills a sense of pride and confidence in the trainees as they now possess valuable computer skills that will help improve their lives and their communities.
A Well-Organized Certificate Distribution Event
The certificate distribution was conducted with care and attention, with BISAP’s Computer Trainer, staff members, and senior officials overseeing the event. The presence of the Founder President of “Birkanya Pritilata Trust”, UP Chairman, community leaders, teachers, and social elites made the occasion even more memorable. These dignitaries came to celebrate the trainees’ achievements, encourage their continued progress, and recognize their efforts to overcome challenges.
Empowering Through Digital Literacy
The primary focus of this initiative was to empower marginalized young women by providing them with critical ICT skills that will help them overcome educational and economic obstacles. The course helped the trainees learn:
✅ Basic computer operations
✅ Office software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✅ Internet and digital literacy
✅ Online job search and freelancing skills
With these skills, the trainees can access a broader range of employment opportunities, improve their self-sufficiency, and contribute to their families and communities.
Collaboration for Change
This initiative was made possible with the support of the Ministry of ICT Bangladesh, ICT Division of Bangladesh, and other local partners. Their involvement ensures that ICT education reaches the most neglected rural areas, making a real difference in the lives of those who need it the most.
Looking Toward the Future
BISAP remains committed to empowering and uplifting marginalized communities through education and skill development. With the 100 trainees now equipped with digital skills, this initiative represents a vital step toward building a future where young women can actively contribute to society, break free from the barriers of backwardness, and become leaders of change.
